Try moving it
- Change w₁ from 2 to 4 — the parts rearrange to 33.3 / 25 / 41.7, still summing to 100.
- Set T to 1 — the parts become 0.2 / 0.3 / 0.5. A ratio is just “the split when the whole is 1”.

T = 100 split in the ratio 2 : 3 : 5: each part is T × w ÷ Σw. Whatever you do to the weights, the parts always add back up to T.
